Kathy J. Landry Lynch joined Black, Vitelli & Pennock as an Of Counsel attorney in September of 2015. Prior to joining Black, Vitelli & Pennock, she worked as an Associate with Pollack Law Group, focusing her practice in all aspects of family law, estate planning, including Wills and Trusts, bankruptcy and civil litigation. Attorney Landry Lynch also worked as an Associate at Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras & Magliocchetti, LLP practicing all aspects of family law, bankruptcy law, wills, trusts, estates and probate administration, civil litigation, real estate law and landlord/tenant law. In 2006, Attorney Landry Lynch opened her solo practice, continuing her compassion as a counselor with vigorous advocacy to best meet her clients’ needs.  Attorney Landry Lynch began her legal career in 1999 at Minasian & Minasian, Attorneys at Law in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  During her tenure, Attorney Landry Lynch provided exceptional legal services in a vast array of legal fields, including probate & family law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate, evictions and landlord/tenant law, and personal injury law. 

Attorney Landry Lynch is licensed to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and continues to focus her practice primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony and modification of existing judgments. Attorney Landry Lynch also handles bankruptcy law, estate planning, including probate matters, will disputes and trust disputes.

Attorney Landry Lynch is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, and regularly attends Continuing Legal Education classes to stay current on best practices and trends in the law.
