Ivanna Boychuk joined Black, Vitelli & Pennock as an Associate in August of 2016. She is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she completed the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a two-year bar examination practicum unique to New Hampshire. The program is designed to train law students to be client and practice-ready at graduation.
Prior to joining Black, Vitelli & Pennock, she clerked for the New Hampshire Ninth Circuit-Family Division-Manchester and Sixth Circuit-Family Division-Concord as well as Ninth Circuit-Family and District Divisions-Merrimack. She interned at Manning & Zimmerman practicing in the areas of family, medical malpractice, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and social security disability law. She also clerked at the Law Office of Katherine J. Morneau practicing all aspects of family law.
Attorney Boychuk continues to focus her practice primarily in the area of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony and modification of existing judgments.
Attorney Boychuk is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and regularly attends Continuing Legal Education classes to stay current on best practices and trends in the law.
